IT WASN'T ALWAYS EASY

From an early age, I knew I wanted to build a better future for myself and enable others to do the same. I left Lithuania at age 17 on a one-way flight to the US, with $50 in my pocket. Four years later, standing on a stage in front of the national TV, President Bill Clinton shook my hand and congratulated me for my accomplishments and impact. It took several more decades of intensive work, a PhD, an MBA, an international corporate career, executive roles and extensive advisory experience to get back to my roots to help leaders achieve extraordinary success while transforming global industries.
